• How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Normally, Order placed is normally shipped within 1-3 business days. However, because of the ongoing COVID-19, your orders may be delayed in shipment. The standard delivery time after shipment is 3-6 working days.

For Prepaid Orders: Free Freight on all Prepaid orders.

 

For COD Orders: COD orders will be charged an extra ₹60

Our courier partner will try three times to deliver your package to you.

If they are unable to deliver the product, a refund will be issued to your Chipkoo.store wallet or the source account used to make the purchase. The shop credit may be used the next time you buy from us.
