We keep our failure rate to less than 1%. If there is a problem with your order, please email us and provide an image of the problem.

 We will replicate any damaged products when we have verified the problem. Because each sticker is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns for reasons other than quality.

 

 For example, if you decide you don't want it or prefer a different product, we cannot refund or replicate your order. The following are the most significant components of our return and refund policies:

  1. We must be informed within 72 hours after delivery if there are any issues.

  2. We request that you supply a snapshot that clearly indicates the issue.

  3. If a return is needed, we will pay for shipping and issue a mailing label.

  4. If we discover an error, we will recreate or refund your order within 5 days.

  5. When replicating an order, we will utilize the original manufacturing time and shipping method.

  6. Every sale is final.
